Heather Hansen helps medical providers to advocate for their patients, their treatment plans, their teams and themselves.

Heather has defended healthcare providers in the courtroom for over 20 years. Heather’s clients win for two simple reasons. They learn to advocate for themselves in front of a jury, using stories, evidence and energy to change minds and hearts. And they learn to overcome the curse of knowledge, translating challenging medical concepts into stories the jury can understand.

Now she teaches providers how to use these skills outside of the courtroom to improve relationships and outcomes.
